1. Delivery Areas
We currently offer shipping across South Africa. Expansion to additional Southern African countries is in development. If you require shipping to a neighboring country (e.g., Botswana, Namibia, Mauritius), please contact us at info@beyondtheblocks.co.za for availability and custom arrangements.
2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We work with reputable courier partners to ensure prompt and reliable delivery. Delivery timeframes are as follows:

Major metropolitan areas: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days

Outlying and remote areas: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g. load-shedding delays, weather disruptions, or courier backlogs).
4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the delivery address and order size.

Promotional offers (such as free shipping) will be clearly communicated and automatically applied where applicable.
5. Packaging & Handling
All orders are securely packaged to protect the integrity of the contents, particularly items containing electronic components or batteries. We take great care to ensure that all products are shipped in optimal condition.

In the event of a delivery issue (e.g. parcel not received, damage in transit, or incorrect delivery), please:
